Panel focuses on voting rights

Community members are invited to attend the second event of the 2022-23 Alworth Center for the Study of Peace and Justice lecture series on Tuesday, Oct. 18, at 7:30 p.m. Featured speaker Dr. David Schultz of Hamline University, along with Duluth-area advocates Carl Crawford, City of Duluth Human Rights Officer, Classie Dudley, President of the Duluth NAACP, and DyAnna Grondahl, Take Action Minnesota, will focus on voting rights.

This year’s theme is “Resilience: Urgent Conversations, Local Voices.” All lectures are free, open to the public and begin both virtually online and in person in the Mitchell Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. CST.
