The College of St. Scholastica’s Athletics Department is excited to announce the winter schedules for its men’s and women’s participating programs. Read more about each team and bookmark their upcoming schedules.

Basketball

The men hit the road the weekend of Nov. 9-10 to compete in the Loras Tip-Off Classic in Dubuque, IA against Loras College and Simpson College. The women take on the Bulldogs of the University of Minnesota-Duluth on Oct. 31 in both teams’ territory of Duluth, MN.

Hockey

Men’s Hockey returns to the ice for a series of matches against the Raiders of Milwaukee School of Engineering on Nov. 1-2 in Milwaukee, WI. The Saints last competed against the Raiders in Oct. 2022 where they lost 0-1.

The women’s hockey team faced off against bridge rival University of Wisconsin-Superior on Oct. 22 at 6 p.m. in Superior, WI. Later this week, fans have their first opportunity to support the women at home when they take on the Bennies of the College of Saint Benedict on Oct. 26.

Indoor Track & Field

The men’s and women’s track and field teams hit the ground running with their season openers on Saturday, Dec. 14, in the Burns Wellness Commons. Both teams will have a break until Saturday, Jan. 18, when they compete in the Twin Ports Open in Superior, WI.

Nordic Skiing

Nordic Skiing starts their season over the weekend of Dec. 7-9 as they participate in the UP Opener in Houghton and Sweedtown, MI. Their first Minnesota-based event in Coleraine, MN, is a few weeks later on Dec. 21-22 for the CXC Cup.
