A returning student is a student who previously attended St. Scholastica, but has been absent from the college for 3 continuous semesters, including summer.
To return to St. Scholastica, a returning student must be in good academic standing and must apply for readmission to the College. To start your application for readmission, click on "Undergraduate or Transfer Application," then select the "Create a New Account" button. Once your account is created, you will have access to your application portal. Log in to your application portal to continue an incomplete application, track the receipt of your transcripts, access your admission decision letter, and submit your decision response form. There is no fee for applying for readmission.
If a returning student has taken courses through other colleges during their absence from St. Scholastica, official transcripts from those schools will be required for readmission.
A student who left the College on academic probation or enforced withdrawal, must, in addition to fulfilling the requirements listed above, apply at least one month before the first day of classes of the semester for which the student expects to enroll and should show evidence of positive life change or academic progress in support of the application. Applications for students who withdrew under these circumstances will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee, which will make a recommendation to the VP for Academic Affairs. The decision made by the VP for Academic Affairs is final.
The Transfer Admissions staff will verify your eligibility for readmission and will notify you of any academic or financial holds on your file.
