"Two of my interests in school were Human Resources and Psychology so when I heard about the Organizational Behavior major, I knew it was the perfect program for me. The course line-up included a challenging mix of classes that was stimulating, interesting and applicable to multiple career fields. The faculty were wonderful and so engaging. The OB major has helped me in my career by making me an adept communicator who is better prepared to utilize conflict resolution concepts and team development principles if needed."

Study the human aspects of business

Business is, at its core, about interpersonal relationships. From negotiating a transaction to managing major initiatives, if the people aren't working well together, the business won't function well, either. Organizational behavior studies these relationships and teaches students how to make the most out of an organization.
