Business is, at its core, about interpersonal relationships. From negotiating a transaction to managing major initiatives, if the people aren't working well together, the business won't function well, either. Organizational behavior studies these relationships and teaches students how to make the most out of an organization.
The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior is an inter-disciplinary study of the human aspects of management. This program is ideal for students interested in human resources, coaching/mentoring, managing training and development programs, and provides a strong foundation for graduate school.
The B.A. Organizational Behavior program is offered 100% online.
"I knew online and evening programs were offered at other schools, but it never connected with me like it did at St. Scholastica. With the veteran friendliness and the flexibility here, it was a perfect fit for an adult student like me."
— Don Claveau, Executive Director, Braham Housing & Redevelopment Authority
"Organizational Behavior was the perfect program for me. The classes were stimulating, applicable to multiple career fields and were taught by wonderful and engaging faculty. It made me an adept communicator who can utilize conflict resolution and team development principles, which has helped me in my career."
— Sara Flagstad, 2012
