Spring Bills and Payment Options
Spring schedule bills were emailed to student's CSS email account on December 6, 2017. The payment due date is January 5, 2018. The online payment plan, allowing students to spread their payments over 5 months, will be available for enrollment on December 14, 2017. The online employer reimbursement plan also opens on December 14, 2017. Students can set up a payment plan through the OneStop tab in COR under 5a on the checklist. If any corrections or changes need to be requested, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the request prior to January 3, 2018. If students wish to make an online payment directly to their account, select "make a payment" under 8 on the checklist. Online payments are posted immediately to a student's account. Any payments mailed to the College while we are closed will be posted to the student's account after January 3, 2018.
Student refunds will begin to disburse the last week of January. Direct deposit is highly recommended in order to receive the refund in a timely fashion.
1098-T's 1098-T statements will be issued the last week of January, as per the IRS federal regulations. If students are interested in receiving their statement electronically, they will receive an email inviting them to opt in to the electronic process. Receiving the statement electronically ensures immediate delivery once the statements are available and eliminates the chance of the form getting lost in the mail, misdirected or delayed during delivery. Students must log into Cor to provide their consent in order to participate in this option.
Registration Spring and summer web registration will remain open until the third day of each semester.
