Well U Clinic

Supporting Wellness in Our Community

Nurse taking patient's blood pressureBeginning January 26, the Well U Clinic is a new service available at the College of St Scholastica for full time faculty and staff as well as their dependents. The team at Well U Clinic will also work alongside your primary health care provider while helping you stay well.

In order to provide optimal continuity in care all wellness screenings, lab results, and acute care visit information can be shared with your primary care provider, at your discretion. Join us in the Wellness Community, by scheduling your WellU visit today!

The Well U Clinic is staffed with 

  • A nurse practitioner
  • An athletic trainer
  • A medical assistant

The services are close, convenient, and confidential in order to keep you at your best health and wellbeing.

Well U Clinic will not provide well child exams and chronic disease management at this time.

How to make an appointment

The CSS employee needs to make appointments through the COR portal (same day appointments welcome).

  1. Login into COR with username and password
  2. Click on Support Services Tab
  3. In the middle of the screen, click on “My Health” tab
  4. Click on link to make an appointment for you or your dependents

Eligibility

Employees must work on a 9-month contract, at least 30 hrs/week. Employees and their family members living at home (with the exception of employees' parents) are eligible to come to the clinic. Children under the age of 2 are note eligible.

How much will it cost?

Services are free to employees and family members that have health insurance through CSS (except for some immunizations). Those with insurance through other providers will be charged on a reduced fee schedule.
