Option 2 - Password resets, Faculty and Staff Blackboard Support, and all other matters. You will be connected to CSS Help Desk staff.

After business hours or on holidays everyone may use Option 1 for all Blackboard Support issues or password resets. Choosing Option 2 after hours allows you to leave us a message.

Blackboard Support is open 24/7, and also can reset passwords. You may reach Blackboard Support by calling 218 723-5911/option 1, or by dialing 866 847-0564.
