"Pride in serving. Pride in learning."
The mission of the Veterans Resource Center (VRC) is to provide resources and transition services to all military veterans, current and former military members and their families in a way that promotes the Benedictine values of respect, hospitality, and community.
The Veterans Resource Center is located in Tower 2143 and has two computers with unlimited printing for college classes. The VRC also has comfortable couches for relaxing, a table for studying and meeting and to serve the occasional free veteran benefit lunch.
Pamphlets, along with other material, are provided for the Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits, G.I. Bill benefits, employment, family assistance, transition issues, and education issues.

A Message from Larry Goodwin, President
Military veterans are an under-represented group in American higher education. I am glad that The College of St. Scholastica is doing its best to right that wrong, through programs and services including the Yellow Ribbon campaign and the Veterans Resource Center.
As a veteran myself, I know that making the transition from soldier to student can be difficult. At the same time, I know that vets do well in college. Certainly, our campus has benefitted greatly from the maturity, discipline and life wisdom that veterans bring to our learning community.
Best of luck to you in your own educational plans.
