Living on the St. Scholastica campus is a great way to meet new friends from different backgrounds and lifestyles. Living on campus also provides convenient access to college resources such as the library and computer labs, as well as student activities such as intramurals and college organizations and clubs. It's all part of the college experience.

Due to our Two-Year Residency Requirement, we are not always able to provide on campus housing options to upperclass students as quickly as we would like. However, we are very committed to working with each student to provide on campus housing options. Placement for upperclass students change frequently throughout spring semester, over the summer, and even up until the start of fall semester, so while we may not have a place for upperclass students upon receipt of their housing application, there is a very strong chance we will have a place for many students before school starts. We encourage all students to review our housing wailt-list FAQs to learn more about our summer housing and wait-list placement process.
Please note that four bedroom apartments are not used for sophomore housing unless it is necessary to support our two-year residency requirement. Upperclass students are also eligible for two-bedroom apartment openings as they become available.
