Persons visiting a student living on campus must fill out a guest pass. You must carry this pass with you at all times while on campus Guest Pass Form.
Students planning on living on campus in either Somers Hall or Somers Suites should complete the Housing Contract below.
Students who would like to commute to St. Scholastica should complete the Online Commuter Request Form to request to have the school's housing requirements removed. Once requested it will be presented to a committee for review. You will be notified once your request to live off campus is either approved or denied.
**This housing contract is for new incoming students only, if you are a current student please do not fill this out. The housing renewal contract for current CSS students can be found here. If you have any questions please contact the Residential Life Office at reslife@css.edu.

- Online Commuter Request Form -- (for students requesting to be released from the residency requirement)
- The Housing Cancellation Form can be filled out then printed. Please drop it off to Somers 168 or mail it to: The College of St. Scholastica, 1200 Kenwood Ave. Attn: Residential Life, Duluth, MN 55811. This form is important to cancel your on-campus housing. Please keep in mind if you are still attending St. Scholastica, you are bound to the housing contract for the entire academic year.
