Bang for your Buck! 9/26/2012 (Wednesday), 4:30 P.M. in the Heritage Room, Somers Hall This class will teach you how to stretch your budget while making interesting nutritious entrees. I will show you how to turn simple ingredietns - rice, pasta, ground beef, fresh vegetables and ramen noodles - into creative entrees. For dessert, we will prepare everyone's favorite rice crispy bars.
Thanksgiving Dinner 11/7/2012 (Wednesday), 4:30 P.M. in the Heritage Room, Somers Hall This class was designed to show your parents that you can prepare a complete Thanksgiving Dinner. I will guide you through choosing a turkey, cooking and carving it. We'll also prepare 2 different types of stuffing, smashed potatoes, gravy and finally pumpkin cheesecake. A class you don't want to miss!

That's Italian! 1/24/2013 (Thursday), 4:30 P.M. in the Heritage Room, Somers Hall Ah... Everyone's favorite meal to enjoy! Learn how to make fresh pasta, to use fresh spices and different types of cheese. We will explore and make alfredo, pomodoro and pesto sauce. We will finish the class by making tiramisu, a favorite Italian dessert, which will make you a true Italian hero!

Come and learn about the different steaks, chops, chicken as well as sauces and marinades to add that deep flavor. We will fire up the old Weber and make BBQ sauce, pork ribs, corn on the cob and a tasty dessert. At the end of class, you will be the envy of your neighborhood.
