Special Event Services and Catering Guide

for CSS Sponsored (Internal) Events

 The College of St. Scholastica Food Service Department provides catering for all events on the Duluth Campus. If you are interested in using food as a fundraiser, bake sale or working with an outside caterer to provide food service on campus, please review the Catering Policy. The following links will help you in scheduling and planning your events.

For events sponsored by non-college groups, please contact Conferencing Services at x5940, located in Tower Hall, to learn more about how we can work together in planning those complex events, especially ones involving external agencies. 

• Use the online "Scheduling Request" form  to arrange room usage and food service needs or in short-notice situations contact via phone x6030 or email SCHEDULING.

Contact Food Service by e-mail or phone x6652 for help in planning those elaborate menus once your room has been reserved or for more information about using the Somers kitchen.

• The Somers kitchen is available on a limited basis for food preparation in conjunction with special events or fundraising. Please reference the Catering Policy for more information.
