FACULTY AND STAFF
As we enter our last stretch of the CSS Centennial year we have lots of fun, exciting things planned for this year's campaign. Our theme this year is The Power of Participation and in honor of our 100th year, we are striving for 100 percent participation. Just think of the impact it could make. Please click on the green leaf to make your gift.
I would like to share a note from one of our grateful parents who wrote in response to a parent newsletter:
As I read your letter, I could not help but think of my family's traditional celebratory song, 'Sto Lat' roughly translated, it is good wishes for 100 years. As the college embarks upon its next century, it is with heartfelt emotion I wish you all, 'Sto Lat'. Thanks for keeping my girl under your wing!
Sincerely, Joan Buraglio, A CSS sophomore student's Mom
Letters like this remind me why we can all be so very proud of our employee participation - having a direct impact on the college experience for our CSS Students!
We would like to thank all faculty and staff members who participated in our 2011/12 campaign. In support of student scholarships, the Science Initiative and other College priorities, we raised $119,431. For a closer look at last year's results - click here.
As you know, our Faculty/Staff Campaign kick-off takes place in October and runs through December. It's a long standing tradition - we've just added a few new twists!
If you are a newer member to our St. Scholastica community, welcome! If you want a little more history and overall information on the Faculty/Staff Campaign and why it's important for you to participate - click here.
Our campaign continues to be as green as possible. This means we will make every effort to contact you using e-mail and our website. We will try not to send hard copies of letters, pledge cards, and envelopes. This is important to our Benedictine value of Stewardship.
Remember, participation is so very important - let's strive for 100 percent participation in our Centennial year!
Thank you in advance for participating in our Power of Participation campaign!
