Intramural Sports Championship T-Shirt Design Contest

The 2013-14 Intramural Sports Championship T-shirt Design Contest is open to current College of St. Scholastica (CSS) undergraduate and graduate students. Artwork designs can be submitted from March 4 - April 12, 2013. Voting will take place by Campus Recreation staff to select the top three design ideas. The top three finalist designs will then be voted on by the CSS campus community by electronic vote between April 16-26. The top vote winner selected will receive a Campus Rec clothing/gear prize package.

CONTEST GUIDELINES

• Only current CSS undergraduate and graduate students are eligible.
• Design must incorporate (1) CSS Campus Rec logo (3-Color Logo: JPG & EPS or 1-Color Logo [in any color]: JPG & EPS), and (2) One of the following phrases: Intramural Champs, Intramural Champ, Intramural Sports Champs, IM Champs, IM Sports Champs, IM Sports Champions, or similar text language
• Intramural Champs shirts will be awarded to all team, dual, and individual Intramural Sports Champions for every league/tournament in 2013-14, so the design should be one that would appeal to a majority of male and female students, especially.
• Design should capture the essence of recreation sports.
• Designs may include line art and text but no photographs.
• Your design is intended for the front of the shirt and may encompass up to a 10" x 10" area.
• Designs may use a maximum of three colors.
• The design must be your own original, unpublished work and may not include any third party logos or copyrighted material. By entering this contest, you agree that your design submission is your own original work.

SUBMITTING YOUR ENTRY

• Only digital, high resolution .jpg format entries will be accepted.
• Designs may include artist's initials or signature in the artwork.
• Fill out the entry form/artist agreement completely and email to campusrec@css.edu with your attached .jpg design file.
• Submissions will be accepted through Friday, April 12, 2013.

THE FINE PRINT

• Artists may submit multiple artwork entries.
• All entries must include a signed artist agreement to be considered.
• Submissions will be screened by the CSS Campus Recreation department for merit and feasibility. Finalists will be posted online for voting by the CSS Campus community.
• Online voting will be open from April 16-26, 2013.
• Voting is set up for one vote per person for the contest.
• The CSS Campus Recreation department reserves the right to make changes to the winning design before printing, including but not limited to changes in image size or ink color, and text editing.
• By submitting your artwork design, you grant permission for your design to be used by The College of St. Scholastica Campus Recreation department including, but not limited to the Campus Recreation website and print publications, CSS Marketing department, CSS social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.), and all future marketing materials for The College of St. Scholastica.
• The CSS Campus Recreation department reserves the right to the final decision of the contest winner.
• The winning design will be announced on April 30, 2013. The artist of the winning design will win a CSS Campus Recreation clothing/gear prize package.
