• There are two basic types of converts.
  • Simple adapters allow our electical plugs to fit the plugs in Ireland, but do not change the voltage. This is fine for things that are rated for both 110v and 220v. Many electrical items say they work with both voltages right on them.
  • Voltage converters change the voltage and are good for items that are not rated for both voltages
