
The most important job of a manager is getting the best out of your employees. Our Master of Arts in Management program focuses on teaching students essential behavioral management skills necessary to do this. In particular, this program focuses on successfully guiding organizational change from within.
Founded in 1986, the program has produced over 600 graduates who have taken roles as corporate leaders and managers in private corporations, nonprofits, heathcare, government, education, engineering, and small business entrepreneurship.

Respond quickly to change: Large organizations are not always nimble. The Master of Arts in Management program teaches you how to lead your organization through change.
Designed for working adults: The program's evening format allows you to work during the day and attend class one or two evenings per week. The four concentration options allow you to choose coursework that is most relevant to your profession.
Finish faster: Our accelerated, 8-week terms mean that you can finish your degree in as little as 18 months!
Global focus: Gain valuable international experience with our optional Capstone Seminar Abroad. We also teach students to work in an international business environment by including cultural competency components in all of our class work.
Dual degree option: Earn an MBA with only a few extra courses.
