Program Outcomes

Upon completion of the IT Leadership program at The College of St. Scholastica, the graduate will be able to:

• Analyze, design, and construct IT solutions that address the complex needs of organizations.
• Select and apply appropriate software tools and methods for organizational solutions.
• Communicate complex ideas through oral presentations and written documents.
• Effectively lead and manage IT professionals.
• Take an active role in establishing an organizational culture that embraces the ethical use of information technologies.
• Thrive professionally in an environment that is undergoing fundamental change.

How long will it take me to earn my degree?

The ITL program is a 37 semester credit program and can be completed in 24 months.
