Ryan Vine

Ryan Vine is an Assistant Professor of English, advisor to Out of Words and a member of the Honors Faculty. He teaches composition courses, Introduction to Literature courses, Ethnic Literature and the Writing Workshops (Fiction and Poetry) at the College.

Ryan is author of Distant Engines, winner of a 2005 Weldon Kees Award and published by Backwaters Press. His poems have appeared in such places as The Writer’s Almanac, Sonora Review, Natural Bridge, Terminus Magazine, to name a few. He has new work forthcoming in The American Poetry Review.
