
Po-Lin Tong Kosuth was born and raised in Hong Kong, China. She attended the University of Kansas, Lawrence, and received both BFA and MFA degrees in painting. She is an Associate Professor at the College of St. Scholastica and the Program Coordinator for the Art Program.
She teaches Drawing, Painting, Color Theory and Art Major/Minor Capstone. As an artist, she has exhibited both nationally and internationally for the past 30 years. She received many fellowships and awards from the Minnesota State Arts Board, the McKnight Foundation and the Jerome Foundation. She has given many presentations of her art work in colleges and universities in the United States and China. She has also participated in numerous higher education art conferences. As her hobby, she likes to knit in front of the television.
